Kat Cannell, MA, LPC
I am a healer, not because of what I do for others, but in the sense that I am always engaged in my own healing.
When I work with people, I bring my own heart into the work. I am continually aiming to create safety in the healing container, while also providing humble transparency about the gifts of healing that I receive when working with others.
I grew up in Stanley, Idaho and now live in the Wood River Valley. I feel so privileged to call these Idaho mountains my home. In my work with my community, I also actively tend to the healing of the land we are on. I honor the Shoshone-Bannock tribe and their ancestors who have walked these valleys.
